License Terms for Pure Presets

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“Licensee”, “You”, or “User”) and Pure Presets (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing, downloading, or using our presets and related files (“Presets”), you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

When you purchase Pure Presets, you are acquiring a license to use the Presets under the following conditions. This document explains your rights and responsibilities in using the Presets, as well as the restrictions placed on their use. Please read this carefully, as continuing to use our Presets means you accept and agree to these terms.

Grant of License

Upon your purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Presets solely for your personal or professional use in editing photos. You do not own the Presets, nor does this purchase transfer any intellectual property rights. The license is specifically for you, the purchaser, and is non-transferable.

The Presets may be used only on devices that you, the Licensee, own or control. You are prohibited from making these files publicly accessible or sharing them with others. If others (such as colleagues or contractors) need access to the Presets, they must purchase their own license from Pure Presets.

Sharing and Distribution Restrictions

Sharing, redistributing, or selling the Presets in any form is strictly prohibited. A single purchase provides a license for a single user on up to two devices, but not for multiple users. Under no circumstances may the Presets be shared with others, whether personally or professionally, unless they have their own purchased license.

If we discover that the terms of this Agreement are violated, you agree to immediately cease using the Presets, destroy all copies in your possession, and forfeit your rights to the license. Pure Presets reserves the right to take legal action against violators to enforce these terms.

Modification and Derivatives

You are not authorized to modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works, or otherwise tamper with the Presets. Any commercial exploitation, including but not limited to selling, gifting, sublicensing, or distributing the Presets, is expressly prohibited.

Purchasing the Presets does not grant you any right to use them for the purpose of creating competing products or presets. If it is found that the Presets are used in violation of these restrictions, Pure Presets reserves the right to pursue legal action.

Copyright and Ownership

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in the Presets are retained by Pure Presets. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Presets. You are simply granted a license to use them in accordance with these terms.

Pure Presets remains the sole owner of all rights to the Presets. Unauthorized distribution or sale of the Presets will result in legal consequences, and Pure Presets will take the necessary steps to protect its intellectual property.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Pure Presets does not accept liability for any loss or damage that may arise from using the Presets. By using our products, you acknowledge that any risks associated with their use are your responsibility.

Right to Amend

Pure Presets reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any revisions will apply to all future use of the Presets. If you continue to use the Presets after such changes, you are bound by the revised terms.
